Institute of Applied Art of Mumbai, Bharati Kala Vidyalaya, LS Raheja School of Arts, Himanshu Art Institute of Delhi are the major institutes offering different types of courses.

Scope of Job:

The title of the jobs particularized for Fine Arts students are: Instructor, Artist, Art Director, Art Studio Assistant, Art Appraiser, Curator, Photographer, Technical Director, Designer etc. The scope is mainly in photo studios, theatres, museums, art institute, television, film Industry, publishing companies, Soft ware and advertising companies.

But many of the artists prefer to be freelancer or self-employed. Selling their art works or accepting the projects individually are preferred by them. The payment depends on exposing themselves in the field. An amateur artist may start with a range 3,000 – 10,000. Yet, the professionals always paid high depending on the quality of the work.
