Trivandrum is the capital city of the State of Kerala and is known as the IT hub

of Science Education and Research which offers integrated programs of five-years

One of the State Universities in Trivandrum is the State University which has a
large number of engineering and medical colleges including that of Ayurveda and
homeopathy. Besides management colleges, there are many law colleges affiliated
to it, however most of the law colleges are affiliated to the National Law University
located in Kochi. The medical college in the city is to be upgraded to the AIIMS
by granting it the status of Institutes of National Importance.

Technology which is a premier institutions in India. One of the first universities
to conduct courses that are dedicated to the study of space and space technology,
the institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate and Doctoral programs in space
science and technology.
Trivandrum is home to some of the highly advanced research centres which conducts
